Once More: Jenni Muldaur & Teddy Thompson Sing the Great Country Duets (2023)

The great country duets are an American treasure. Recorded by country music royalty in Nashville in the 1960s through the 1970s, these songs of euphoric, put-a-ring-on-it love, and private-tears heartbreak have a universal resonance that spans generations and cultures.

My Love of Country (2023)

A collection of songs originally made famous by George Jones, Patsy Cline, Porter Wagoner, & many others, now covered by Teddy Thompson.

Bella (2011)

Thompson’s voice on Bella is a bright, brash mixture of Thom Yorke, Roy Orbison, and Keith Urban, and that’s pretty much what the songs sound like, too. Bella - straight-up country rock rubs elbows with experimental folk and mild psychedelia.

Teddy Thompson (2000)

Though Teddy Thompson's eponymous debut may hint at the folk-rock of his famous parents (Richard & Linda Thompson), it's probably closer to the acoustic pop of an artist like Elliott Smith. With the help of producer Joe Henry, he delivers ten confident and smart folk-pop tunes filled with fetching hooks and engaging melodies perfectly suited to his warm, winsome voice.
